Project 1 Description
Smartphone addiction is a serious problem for the world at large and people know it. Many people want to have a healthier relationship with their smartphone but don't know where to start. This product system helps people to connect with those closest to them in more meaningful ways, manage their phone use time, and get tips on how to use their phone better. In addition, the product helps you to put your phone down while it's charging by encouraging you to charge your phone face down with the included charger.

Project 2 Description
These tiny planters were designed for a mold-making and casting workshop I ran with ASU IDSA. We taught students how to make a mold from a 3D printed model and then cast a concrete planter from that mold. Every student had the opportunity to make a planter and take it home with them. The workshop was one of our most successful of the year, we had over 40 students attend!

This workshop was created with: Cindy Kim, Anna Bodney, Erlend Meling, Jane Chen, and Luca DeSimone.
We were able to take this from idea to workshop in 4 days.

Project 3 Description
This smart speaker brings more than just access to your digital assistant to the table. While, most smart speakers are only speakers, leaving behind a whole subset of the population who cannot hear, this speaker includes a screen on the front so it can still communicate to users who may not want, or be able, to use the voice aspect of their digital assistant. In addition it has wireless charging on top to add to it's usefulness in your house.

Bio
Henry is a designer + maker from LA creating products + experiences for human beings. He's passionate about creating products that are more than just objects. Henry also values the authenticity of materials in the products he designs and enjoys curating a collection of well-designed objects that he uses in his everyday life.

When he's not designing you can find Henry learning new skills, taking photos, riding his bike, or drinking coffee.
